Tokyo Chuo City Tourist Information Center is a tourist information center located on the B1F of Kyobashi Edoguran, which is directly connected to Exit 8 of Kyobashi Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line and a convenient 5-minute walk from the Yaesu South Exit of JR Tokyo Station.
We are here to assist you during your stay and to make your trip as comfortable as possible.

Rental Service at Tokyo Chuo City Tourist Information Center

① Free wheelchair rental service
Wheelchairs can be rented free of charge for one day only to those who are staying at a Chuo District accommodation or sightseeing in Chuo District.
If you have already made plans for your trip, we recommend that you call ahead to make a reservation, but you can also rent a chair on the day of your trip if one is available.
The seat width is 45 cm and the load capacity is 130 kg, so even large people can use the wheelchair with peace of mind.
When renting a wheelchair, we require identification (passport, driver's license, etc.) and a deposit of 5,000 yen (cash only). The deposit is refundable if the rental unit is returned without damage or malfunction, so there is practically no charge.
The reception desk is open from 9:00 to 20:00.

② Free rental service of WIFI router
WIFI routers can be used for up to 7 days for foreign visitors to Japan.
Rental and return locations are Tokyo Chuo City Tourist Information Center, Ginfo, Nihonbashi Tourist Information Center, and Plat Tsukiji.
No reservation is required, and you can use the Internet immediately without any hassle.
When renting a device, we ask for your passport and a deposit of 5,000 yen (cash only). The deposit is refundable if the equipment is returned without loss, damage, or malfunction.
The reception desk is open from 9:00 to 21:00.

③ Free charging service and mobile charger for a fee
Free recharging boxes are available at the hotel. The charging time is 30 minutes, but it is possible to take out the battery during the charging time.
There is also a mobile charger (CHARGE SPOT) that can be used for a fee by completing the usage procedures and payment via the app.

④ Free Wi-Fi service
WIFI (Chuo_District_Free_Wi-Fi) is available for free use in the building.

5) Baby stroller rental service
""Baby Carriage"" stroller rental service is available. To use this service, you need to register on the dedicated website, make a reservation, and pay online with a credit card.
*Reservations are accepted from 9:00 to 20:30.

Enjoy a free cultural experience with no reservation required. Japanese cultural experience at Tokyo Chuo City Tourist Information Center

① Origami experience (free of charge)
Staff will teach you how to fold cranes and popular characters.
Duration: 5-10 minutes.

② Calligraphy experience (free of charge)
Staff will help you write your name in kanji or hiragana.
Duration: 5-10 minutes

③ Kimono dressing experience (free of charge)
This service is available only for foreign visitors to Japan.
You can try on a kimono over your clothes and take a commemorative photo.
Duration: 10-20 min.

④Daruma Painting Workshop (fee required)
On Saturdays and Sundays only, we offer a workshop to color a plain Daruma doll.
Fee: 500 yen
Registration is from 9:00am to 5:00pm.
Duration: 20 minutes to 1 hour
Closed on the 4th Sunday of every month.

⑤ Mizuhiki workshop (fee required)
Mizuhiki workshop is held on the fourth Sunday of every month. Staff will teach you how to make the basic mizuhiki knot, the ume and awaji knots.
Fee: 500 yen
Registration is from 14:00/15:00.
Duration: 30 minutes - 1 hour
Recommended age for participation: 9 years old or older.

All Japanese cultural experiences are held inside the Center.
So far, many people, from small children to the elderly, have enjoyed these experiences. Please come and visit us.

In addition to souvenirs such as Chuo District original postcards, Senja-fuda furoshiki wrapping cloths and origami made of Japanese paper, and crafts that allow you to feel the Edo atmosphere, we also sell many unique souvenirs such as products related to sumo stables located in Chuo District.
Various tickets such as Subway tickets are also available.
Also, for purchases of 1,000 yen or more, a commemorative sightseeing card, available only at the Chuo District Tourist Information Center, is available for pickup.
Please ask a staff member at the time of purchase for a souvenir card to take home as a memento of your trip.

The Tokyo Chuo City Tourist Information Center is located on the B1F of Kyobashi Edoguran, a convenient transportation hub directly connected to Exit 8 of Kyobashi Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line and a 5-minute walk from the Yaesu South Exit of JR Tokyo Station.
In addition to informing domestic and foreign travelers about the attractions of Tokyo and Chuo City, the information center also provides necessary travel information ranging from information on major sightseeing spots in Tokyo to information on sightseeing in other parts of Japan.
In addition to providing in-person guidance in Japanese, English, and Chinese, they have also installed multilingual tourist information search terminals to assist visitors with a variety of travel needs.
The museum is also certified by the Japan Tourism Agency's ""Barrier-Free Tourism Facilities Certification System"".
The museum is designed to be a comfortable facility for all visitors, with a wide conduit for easy wheelchair access and tourist information materials on barrier-free accessibility.
