A special French wine discovered in a hidden gem in Ginza

Just a 5-minute walk from Ginza Station, “Les Demoiselles” quietly stands in a prime location as Ginza’s first French wine salon, offering a casual way to enjoy French culture and the charm of fine wines. The exceptional wine experience curated by the French owner and sommelier, Mr. Vincent Ramey, offers a warm and refined hospitality befitting an exclusive hideaway for grown-ups. Step inside and you’ll find a chic and elegant interior based on black tones, with soft red indirect lighting creating a calm and serene atmosphere. In this graceful setting that feels as if you’ve been transported to Paris, you can enjoy rare and carefully selected wines and champagnes — an extraordinary experience unlike any other.

What makes “Les Demoiselles” truly special is its extensive selection and carefully curated quality. Owner Vincent, with over 25 years of experience, travels across France visiting wineries and handpicks each bottle himself. The salon offers rare labels you won’t find elsewhere, as well as expressive wines from Southern France and a fine collection of champagnes—each visit brings a new discovery. For those who wish to enjoy the wines of “Les Demoiselles” more casually, we recommend the weekday-only French Touch Free Flow Plan for ¥8,800 (tax included). With his deep knowledge and experience, Vincent carefully suggests the perfect wine tailored to each guest’s preferences.

  • Kobe Beef Tongue Braised in Red Wine

  • “French Country-Style Pâté” a popular dish at the salon

Dishes such as the popular French-style country pâté and the carefully simmered Kobe beef tongue in red wine are masterfully paired with selected wines to create a refined and flavorful experience. For those who wish to savor the full culinary offering, we recommend the Dinner Experience (¥14,520 tax included), which features a wide selection including the red wine-braised Kobe beef tongue, cheese plate, and a trio of macarons. Additionally, the exclusive Premium Caspian Beluga Caviar—specially produced for “Les Demoiselles”—is a true delicacy not to be missed. With its luxurious, melt-in-your-mouth texture, it delivers an unforgettable gourmet indulgence.
