Indulge in the finest Kobe beef and breathtaking culinary artistry through teppanyaki and French cuisine
Located in Tokyo’s Ginza—a neighborhood renowned for its authentic offerings—“Paris Yugao” is a high-end restaurant where guests can enjoy French cuisine that blends Japanese ingredients with the elegance of French cooking, as well as teppanyaki featuring the world-famous Kobe beef.
The teppanyaki menu features the finest ingredients carefully selected from across Japan, including premium Kobe beef sourced from Kawagishi Farm, Nagahagi Wagyu, and seafood from the Genkai Sea. Prepared with exquisite precision by skilled chefs, the Kobe beef offers a melt-in-your-mouth texture and a rich, savory flavor.
The dining experience is further enhanced by the museum-like interior, adorned with artwork and furnishings by artists from Japan and abroad. In this luxurious space, where French Art Nouveau meets traditional Japanese aesthetics, you can savor the exquisite cuisine and refined hospitality that are the hallmarks of Ginza.
Our recommendation from the French cuisine menu is the “Lalique” course, priced at ¥27,000 (tax included, service charge separate). This popular dinner course features dishes crafted from the finest ingredients—carefully selected from the very moment of procurement—including premium aged Kobe beef sirloin, abalone, and seasonal fresh fish. The sirloin steak, which allows you to fully savor the rich umami brought out by aging and the sweetness of its melt-in-your-mouth fat, is truly exceptional. The flavor of the fresh seafood, air-freighted daily from the “Kawara” fish market in Kokura, Kitakyushu, is also superb. The array of exquisite dishes is as visually stunning as the restaurant’s interior décor. We invite you to savor the harmonious collaboration of the chef’s skill and premium ingredients.
The Kobe Beef Course is a teppanyaki course; It is a course based around the prestigious Kobe beef, a name only the best quality cows are able to use. After customers enjoy our Charcuterie and foie gras, they are able to enjoy the Kobe beef Rib roast steak, which has the perfect balance of meat and fat. The closing dish of garlic rice, prepared with small fish and Oba (Marcophyll) is also a unique dish to end your visit. Desserts and coffee are also available for after your meal, and one can relax whilst enjoying the art on the walls. Please enjoy your meal, in which you can only experience at this restaurant.
Just a five minute walk from Shinbashi station, Paris Yugao is located in an area that is bustling with business men and tourists, and located on the fifth floor of Ginza 888 building. Once the elevator door opens, one feels as they are in an art gallery. The owner of the restaurant, who was an art collector who spent years collecting the art pieces, creating a space mixed with art nouveau and Japanese cultural beauty. There are nine different private rooms available in the restaurant. One can enjoy the best food in this restuarant; use for special occarions such as anniversaries and birthdays are also recommended.
