As you step inside, you are greeted by the rich aroma of perfectly grilled meat and a calm, refined atmosphere.

The restaurant serves charcoal-grilled and teppanyaki dishes prepared with Kobe beef and carefully selected seasonal ingredients. Guests can enjoy the chef’s precise techniques up close at the counter or unwind in a spacious, elegant setting. Only specially selected female Kobe cattle are used, highlighting the deep flavor of lean meat. Each steak is grilled to perfection, bringing out the natural umami of the beef.

Combined with the chef’s warm hospitality, it creates an experience where time seems to stand still.

The highlight of the menu is undoubtedly Kobe beef.
Carefully selected cuts such as sirloin, filet, and the rare chateaubriand are grilled with exceptional precision. Excess fat is rendered away during cooking, leaving behind a concentrated umami flavor and a refined finish. Simple seasonings like “Hana no Shio” (crystal salt from Suzu) and fresh wasabi further enhance the natural taste of the meat.

Another signature dish is the sautéed foie gras with truffle aroma. The crispy foie gras is paired with two truffle-infused sauces and served with rich Danish bread that soaks up the flavors.
In addition, the restaurant offers a wide selection of luxurious à la carte dishes featuring ingredients such as spiny lobster, abalone, kuruma ebi (Japanese tiger prawns), and caviar.

The course menus provide a well-balanced experience of Kobe beef and seasonal ingredients. Dinner courses are available in three options: “Sai,” “Shu,” and “Kiwami.”

The “Sai” course includes dishes such as wagyu and uni (sea urchin) prepared sushi-style, along with grilled seasonal vegetables, followed by Kobe beef steak as the main dish.The popular “Shu” course features live spiny lobster and Kobe beef, complemented by luxurious dishes such as truffle-scented foie gras.
The “Kiwami” course showcases the rare and premium chateaubriand, along with live abalone and spiny lobster, offering a truly indulgent dining experience.

Lunch courses start from ¥4,400, making it more accessible.
Pairings with champagne, wine, and sake further elevate each dish.
