    Using only the finest A5-grade domestic kuroge wagyu (Japanese black beef) — with a particular focus on heifers — alongside live ise-ebi (Japanese spiny lobster) and live awabi (abalone), the chef draws out the natural flavors of each ingredient with meticulous care.

    Each dish is simple yet showcases masterful technique, delivering the true pleasure that only Teppanyaki can offer. A curated selection of drinks is also available to complement your meal. Please come and create a memorable experience in this sophisticated space.

    The flagship Omakase Course is the ultimate dining experience, featuring celebrated dishes including awabi (abalone), ise-ebi (Japanese spiny lobster), and kuroge wagyu (Japanese black beef). It is the perfect choice for those seeking a luxurious treat or a well-deserved reward.

    When celebrating an anniversary or special occasion, a commemorative dessert plate can also be arranged (please inquire in advance).

    Be sure to create an unforgettable memory here. Please note that the signature kuroge wagyu (Japanese black beef) sirloin can be upgraded to kuroge wagyu (Japanese black beef) fillet / Chateaubriand for an additional charge (¥11,000, tax included).
