Solo or with Friends — Enjoy the Finest Craft Beer in Ningyocho (a historic downtown neighborhood in Tokyo)!
Guided by the concept of "Connecting Tokyo, the regions, and the world," [NUMBER 6] brings together a remarkable collection of carefully curated drinks — from craft beer and domestic whisky to domestic craft gin and a wide range of other craft spirits.
Conveniently located within a 5-minute walk of four stations — Ningyocho (a historic downtown neighborhood in Tokyo), Suitengumae, Kayabacho, and Mitsukoshimae — this hidden-gem dining bar offers a modern yet warm atmosphere where guests can casually enjoy the best of Japan's domestic drinks alongside thoughtfully prepared cuisine. A diverse lineup of Sake and other domestic liquors from across the country is available.
Why not take this opportunity to sample and compare a selection of exceptional craft beers?
The domestic craft beer — the signature highlight of [NUMBER 6] — is thoughtfully curated from producers across Japan, rotating across 6 taps to ensure a well-balanced selection of "experiences we want our guests to discover."
All other alcoholic drinks are also exclusively domestic, which is a testament to the establishment's commitment to Japanese producers. This extends to craft spirits such as craft gin and all whiskies, which are likewise all Japanese.
As the lineup changes with every new delivery, guests can encounter a different range of drinks on each visit. As a craft beer shop, the venue also maintains a stock of approximately 30 varieties of craft beer cans and bottles at all times, making it possible to purchase takeout as a souvenir.
Since rare and limited craft beer brands and domestic varieties are regularly stocked, asking the knowledgeable staff for a recommendation may open up a whole new world of discovery.
The food menu is packed with dishes that pair perfectly with beer — pizza, sausages, jerk chicken, and more! Every dish subtly incorporates Japanese ingredients and flavors, which is part of what makes the menu so compelling. Whether savoring beer and food solo at a leisurely pace, or enjoying a lively course meal with friends, there is something for every occasion.
Course menus are available for groups of four or more, with two options to choose from — each combining 2 hours of all-you-can-drink with carefully curated food.
The [Standard Course] features 6 dishes including the NUMBER 6 signature Shio-koji (salt-marinated rice malt) Jerk Chicken, plus unlimited drinks covering 40 or more varieties including The PREMIUM MALT'S (draft) and soft drinks — all for ¥4,500 (tax included).
The [Deluxe Course] adds ¥1,000 to the above and expands to 8 dishes, including exclusive items such as Seasonal Ajillo (Spanish-style garlic oil dish) and Shime (final savory course), along with unlimited drinks covering 40 or more varieties. An optional add-on of all-you-can-drink from all 6 domestic craft beer taps is also available for ¥2,000 (tax included) with either course.
The exterior makes smart use of the building's origins as a former kissaten (traditional Japanese coffee shop), featuring a stylish brick-patterned facade and a large glass window bearing the restaurant's name.
Step inside and you are welcomed by an industrial yet sophisticated space enclosed by bare concrete walls.
The counter is lined with an impressive array of domestic craft gin and whisky bottles — a truly striking sight — with the imposing craft beer taps standing proudly in front. The drinks and the cool, refined space are a perfect match.
On the wall, a black map of Japan marks the production regions of the craft beers and spirits currently in stock, offering a glimpse into the team's deep commitment to domestic producers.
Whether enjoying a quiet solo drink, a ladies' night out, or a lively evening with close friends or a loved one over craft beer and a curated course — NUMBER 6 has something for everyone. Why not discover your new favorite way to enjoy yourself at [NUMBER 6]?
