AOYAMA Elysion House' has an array of courses available. Lunch is from 5,500 yen and dinner is from 13,200 yen. There are three courses available, each with different dish combinations. The dinner course 'Innovation Rouge' consists of a selection of 16 dishes, carefully prepared. 'The Red dish' is prawn served with caviar and fish roe. The Mackeral and concentrated bouillabaisse sauce allow for a tasty and rich mouthful. The Ibaraki Prefecture beef steak allows customers to enjoy a rich, meaty flavour. 'Innovation SUSHI' is an arrangement of Japan's traditional sushi. Customers can only enjoy the Innovation SUSHI dish here; a luxurious and top class dish. The menu is altered regularly so as to serve the freshest and most seasonal dishes.

The last dish of each course is dessert. For the dinner course, the dessert is the chef's specialty dessert, 'Bonet'. This dish is a result of 20 years of tril and error, and a perfect dish to finish off the course.
