A creative Japanese restaurant where one can enjoy the very rare Himi-grazing pork

Situated a seven minute walk from JR Shinjuku stations' West exit, is a restaurant in which customers can enjoy rare pork and Japanese food prepared with seasonal ingredients. For the main pork dishes, the chef uses Himi grazing pork, from HImi in Toyama prefecture, which the chef claims t obe the most delicious pork. This is a very rare pork in which less than 20 pigs are shipped out in a month. The popular Himi pork Tonkatsu is a dish in which one can only enjoy here. Please enjoy Sushi, Kaiseki, Yakiniku, Yakitori, French etc that the experienced chef prepares.

A very popular menu, which has many repeat customers, is the 'Himi cutlet'. This restaurant, Soeboshi, is the only place in the worl in which customers can enjoy Himi-pork Tonkatsu. The ingredients are of course delicious, but the cooking method in which these are prepared are also to be recognized. Please enjoy this dish with salt, to allow for the true flavour of the pork to come through. From here, we will introduce the course menu; 'the Himi grazing pork full course' : customers can enjoy seasonal ingrediens whilst indulging in the HImi pork in an 8 dish course. Himi pork is raised freely in a vast natural landscape, allowing for the true and rich flavours of the pork to come through. The umami of the pork comes through with every bite. 'A5 Wagyu, seasonal vegetable and fish: full course': one can choose from fillet or sirloin steak for the main dish. The course begins with three appetizers, then to the A5 Wagyu and then to the closing dish of rice and dessert. This is a course sure to fill you up. Those who wish to enjoy the course menu, please reserve prior to your visit.

The recommendation from the a la carte menu is the 'Wagyu beef roast Nigiri'. This dish uses A5 rank Wagyu Sirloin to make Niku sushi (meat sushi) Nigiri, and is grilled, allowing for the decadent smell and taste of the meat to come through and melt in your mouth. There are also many drinks available to pair with your food. Japanese sake with fruit bits within, is also available. For lunch, 'Pork Spicy curry' and 'roast pork ginger' (1200) is available.

A four minute walk from Shinjuku stations Oedo line 'West exit (D5)' and a seven minute walk from JR Shinjuku station is restaurant Soeboshi. This is a creative Japanese restaurant that uses serves both Japanese and Western styled food, so anyone can enjoy. There are twelve counter seats: customers can enjoy watching the food being prepared whilst waiting. The private booth, with the television, allows for customers to enjoy watching tv such as sports, whilst enjoying their meal. This is truly the hideaway for adults, with warm customer service and great cooking. Please enjoy the food in this relaxed restaurant.
