The restaurant offers exquisite steaks grilled slowly in a furnace oven using Kobe and Sanda beef from the pure Tajima beef lineage, which is representative of Japanese beef. The owner-chef is Hiroyuki Ichinomiya, a native of Kobe who has studied at many famous restaurants, including French restaurants. The ingredients are carefully selected by the best connoisseurs and served in a French style with the best cooking. The meat is simply seasoned with salt, pepper, and a little Japanese horseradish for a deep flavor that will fill your mouth with pleasure. Of course, the dishes using carefully selected ingredients such as seasonal vegetables and seafood are also superb.
