Little Cave Shinjuku South' is a café in which one can enjoy delicious food and board games from all around the world. Here, there are over 1300 board games to choose from, and these have been collected from all across the world. There are games for everyone, from beginner to advanced. The knowledgeable staff will explain the rules and tricks to the board games, allowing a fun environment for even beginners.

We have a line-up of the most newest and talked about board games, purchases as they come out from countries across the world. If you have any questions or queries, such as 'There are too may games to choose from and I can't find the one I want to play' or 'I want to know the rules to the game', please do not hesitate to ask our staff. We serve our great array of drinks, from juice to teas to cocktails in tumblers equipped with silicone lids. This ensures that the analogous paper board games do not get wet or damaged. We have created a space in which you do not have to worry if you accidently tip over your drink so you can concentrate fully on playing the game. There are different cost plans calculated by 30 minute intervals, and these are based on the time spent in the cafe; if you stay for longer, the price decreases to the cheapest plan. Please check the cost plans for when you visit as priced differ depending on the day (weekday versus weekend etc)

Customers are able to bring their own board games, however bringing in food from outside is not permitted.

When one is fixated on a game, they may notice themselves getting hungry. At Little Cave, there are an array of dishes available; from light meals to proper meals to fill you up, not to mention the great quality also.

The Clubhouse sandwich, which includes the shops original Chicken ham slices and fresh vegetables (850 yen), is a great dish. Again the 2 type spice curry (1200yen) is a dish in which two different flavoured curries can be enjoyed, whilst filling you up. The two curries are a spinach and chicken curry and a keema curry. The pasta sauce offerd is also the shop's very own and original. The popular lemon cream pasta (1100 yen) is fresh and fragrant with a rich cream sauce. For dessert, please enjoy our Mug Parfait (750 yen) which uses a generous amount of Mascarpone.

Little Cave is located a convenient two minute walk from JR Shinjuku station's South exit. The first thing one sees when getting off the elevator is the sign 'LITTLE CAVE' and the shelves of board games. The interior is decorated in a brick style with white walls and wooden accents, and gives a natural and bright impression. It is heaven for those who love board games as the shelves along the wall is filled with board games from all around the world; choosing a game to play is a fun activity in itself.
