Nadaman is a long-established Japanese restaurant founded in 1830. The restaurant is a long-established representative of Japanese cuisine, and is also famous for its "Nadaman Kitchen," which sells side dishes and boxed lunches in department stores throughout Japan. The "Shinjuku Nadaman" introduced here is located on the third floor of the Hyatt Regency Tokyo, near the Shinjuku Metropolitan Government Building, and in addition to Japanese cuisine, you can also enjoy teppanyaki and sushi prepared by expert chefs at the counter. "Teppanyaki Grill" offers four main courses

Lunch Akatsuki/ ¥12,100 (tax and service charge included)
Dinner Keyaki / ¥21,780 (tax and service charge included)
Dinner Kusunoki / ¥27,830 (including tax and service charge)

The menu varies depending on the course, but the dinner course uses Japanese black beef. The "Dinner Kusunoki" is a particularly luxurious course that includes teppanyaki lobster as well as Kuroge Wagyu beef. They also have a wide selection of wines that go well with the courses, so you can enjoy them along with the dishes.

All sets feature nigirizushi made and served in front of you by a chef.
Each set includes a small bowl of cooked food and dessert, depending on the set.
The Edomae nigiri made from seasonal fish is served freshly nigiri at the counter.
You can spend a relaxing adult time with local sake from around the region.
