The menu is created new and case-by-case, so customers can enjoy a new discovery each time. The Carpaccio is made from four types of fresh fish, such as Salmon and Abalone, the savory steamed egg custard smooth in texture with salmon roe that pops in your mouth, and the grilled fish is carefully prepared and cooked, which is sure to catch the hearts of fish-lovers. There is also an array of Japanese Sake ready to be paired with the dishes and make the dishes shine. We invite you to get drunk with the flavours of the food and Sake in this hidden restaurant.
