Located just a 2-minute walk from Iidabashi Station West Exit, Horumon Yaki Chitose offers dynamic, thick-cut horumon (grilled offal) delivered fresh daily from Shibaura. The owner, who trained at a renowned restaurant in Shimbashi, carefully selects only the finest cuts, which are then expertly grilled over a charcoal shichirin (traditional Japanese tabletop grill). With dishes starting at just ¥390, the restaurant provides a casual and affordable dining experience. Open continuously from lunchtime to dinner, it’s an ideal spot for midday drinks or an evening gathering. In addition, each group will receive a free dish of bean sprout namul! At Horumon-yaki Chitose, we proudly serve the rare "Black Wagyu Karubi", which is sourced in limited quantities—only about 3 kilograms per cow. This cut, known as "head bara", features finely marbled fat, an incredibly tender texture, and a rich, deep umami flavor. Considered the most luxurious part of the rib meat, it offers an exquisite dining experience at 2,000 yen per 100g.

In addition, we offer a selection of fresh offal directly sourced from Shibaura, expertly grilled over a traditional charcoal shichirin, as well as "thick-cut Hana-tan (premium beef tongue)" and "Black Wagyu Nama-Rosu (raw sirloin)"—all of which are highly popular dishes. Each cut is carefully prepared to maximize its natural flavors, complemented by our meticulous seasoning.

Extremely Thick! Sizzling Hot! The proud specialty of "Hormonyaki Chitose" – the Extremely Thick Special Grade Wagyu Sirloin Steak – has arrived. Lavishly prepared using carefully selected premium wagyu beef, this top-grade steak is offered at 4,000 yen for 200g and 2,000 yen for 100g. Its juicy meat juices and rich umami flavor fill your mouth, while its exquisite tenderness captivates all your senses.

During lunchtime happy hours, enjoy draft beer or highballs for just ¥330, making it an excellent spot for daytime drinks. For the evening, Horumon Yaki Chitose offers an array of banquet courses with two hours of all-you-can-drink options. "The Special Wagyu Course" includes luxurious cuts of Kuroge Wagyu and beef horumon, along with side dishes like kimchi, namul (Korean-style seasoned vegetables), and chilled noodles to finish. Each cut is seasoned with one of four sauces: salt, miso, soy sauce, or spicy miso, providing a rich and varied dining experience. Perfect for gatherings with friends, family meals, or celebratory events, the courses cater to a wide range of occasions.

The interior of Horumon Yaki Chitose has a nostalgic atmosphere reminiscent of a popular bar of the Showa period. The spacious space with a total of 45 seats is filled with regular customers and tourists, and the lively and bustling atmosphere is comfortable. The ventilation system is well-equipped, making it a pleasant place to spend time without worrying about smoke. The time spent slowly grilling horumon while being enveloped by the fragrant smell of the charcoal grill is truly a blissful time.

The restaurant is located in the Iidabashi area, which was a bustling town for merchants in the Edo period. It is close to the Imperial Palace and within walking distance of sightseeing spots such as the Tokyo Daijingu Shrine and Yasukuni Shrine. At the Tokyo Daijingu Shrine, a popular power spot for marriage, you can get a the Hello Kitty-patterned good-luck charm. At Yasukuni Shrine, you can enjoy the beautiful cherry blossoms in spring and the lively atmosphere during the festival season.
