The Fujifuku Course is a dinner-only vegan menu, including a drink and showcasing the best of Koryori Bar Fujifuku’s flavors. The main dish, Tofu Teriyaki Steak, features thick slices of tofu grilled to a golden crisp and coated in a savory-sweet teriyaki sauce, creating a delightful balance of textures.
