This full-course menu includes grilled crab, crab sashimi, crab shabu-shabu, grilled crab shell, and a luxurious crab porridge to finish. Each preparation reveals a different facet of the crab’s character. All dishes are prepared before your eyes, turning the meal into a performance that heightens the appetite. From mid-November through the end of March, the restaurant features the Live Matsuba Crab Course (¥60,000 / ¥100,000), making it a must-try experience not only for crab enthusiasts but for anyone seeking an unparalleled gourmet adventure.
