A new type of yakiniku restaurant in Toyosu produced by the long-established yakiniku restaurant "Yakiniku Sutaminaen", which opened in Koto city in 1950 and has been loved by guests for more than half a century!
It is a yakiniku specializing in chicken and pork, which is rare in Japan.Even though it's yakiniku, it's healthy! Even though it's Yakiniku which is usually expensive, being kind to your wallet!
"Specialty! Rolled Kalbi" is the signature dish of Yakiniku Staminaen Toriton Toyosu. It features kalbi wrapped around green onions and grated daikon radish. The perfectly marbled, high-quality lean meat pairs wonderfully with the refreshing taste of the green onions and daikon, making it irresistibly delicious. Simply grill it lightly before enjoying.
"Jar-Marinated Whole Harami" offers a thick, large cut of harami marinated to perfection. Enjoy the excitement of taking it out from the jar and savor the juicy meat with a rich, well-seasoned flavor.
Once you’re seated, a great place to start is the “Four-Cut Assorted Platter.” This popular dish brings together four selections—from familiar favorites to rarer cuts—on a single plate: pork kalbi, chicken shoulder (furisode), chicken neck (seseri), and the so-called “phantom” horumon.
