The ultimate experience of eating the legendary Ishigaki beef
"Sumibi Yakiniku Takumi" is a hideaway yakiniku, grilled meat, restaurant located in a quiet place a little away from the shopping street, just a 2-minute walk from Exit 1 of Azabu-Juban Station. It is a yakiniku restaurant serving Ishigaki beef and delicious dishes.
Do you know "Ishigaki Beef"? Over 95% of the beef is consumed on Ishigaki Island, making it a rare super-luxury cow that is rare to have it outside the island. Ishigaki beef, which has such a high rarity value, has landed on Azabu-juban with the purchase of a whole cow for the first time in Tokyo. You can feel how the restaurant pays attention to detail in not only the meat but also the ingredients used, such as rare cuts and offal that can only be eaten on Ishigaki Island, sesame oil using precious golden sesame seeds, and vegetables delivered directly from the island.
When you want to have a good lunch, or when you want to enjoy something a little different from the usual yakiniku for dinner, how about going to "Sumibi Yakiniku Takumi"? You can visit the restaurant for different occasions, from singles to families and company drinking parties, like welcome and farewell parties, baby cars and pets are OK (but needs advanced consultation). It is also good that it can be reserved for 10 people or more. The homely atmosphere and thoughtful hospitality are also attractive points for visiting. It is a restaurant that can be visited in various situations.
The "Takumi SP Course," which allows you to enjoy yakiniku (grilled meat), shabu-shabu, sushi, Okinawa ramen, and carefully selected Japanese sake all at once, offers a luxurious experience that even gourmets will marvel at. The course begins with a salad made with homemade kimchi and domestically produced golden sesame to whet your appetite. Next, you can savor thick-cut beef tongue with a green onion salt sauce and mozuku seaweed delivered directly from Ishigaki Island, prepared in a soba-style dish. The main course features a selection of five types of A5-ranked Ishigaki beef for yakiniku, followed by shabu-shabu enjoyed with an exquisite broth.
To conclude the meal, Okinawan ramen makes an appearance. The noodles, coated in a richly simmered, premium soup, are absolutely divine. The luxurious experience is rounded off with a chef's choice dessert. Paired with free-flowing, carefully selected Japanese sake and shochu, this is an exceptional dining experience that you won't want to miss.
"Offal, marucho (small intestine), shimacho (large intestine), Giara (the fourth of the cow’s four stomachs), Mino (the first of the cow’s four stomachs) etc" You can also eat offal of the beef here that usually you can't eat unless you are on Ishigaki Island. In particular, "Shimacho (large intestine)" has a chewy texture compared to marucho (small intestine). It's low in fat and low in calories, so it's a satisfying dish for those who are concerned about calories. In addition, "shimacho (large intestine)" is a very rare part that only about 1 kg can be taken from one cow.
Soul food of Ishigaki Island! "Beef soup with plenty of Ishigaki offal / Beef soba" is also recommended. Beef tendons and offal simmered until tender, meat, Japanese soup made with dried bonito shavings and kombu seaweed, beef tail stewed for a whole day, and the chewy Okinawa soba, all of them just go perfectly well with each other. It seems to be a very popular menu for both lunch and dinner. Great for a cup as the ending of the amazing yakiniku.
"(Lunch) Charcoal-grilled Ishigaki beef hamburger plate" As the name suggests, you grill it yourself and eat it. Most restaurants that serve hamburger steaks serve them on a plate or put them on a black iron plate, but at "Sumibi Yakiniku Takumi", you grill them on a piece of net. The fragrant aroma and piping hot hamburger steak that can only be tasted over charcoal are very satisfying.
The "Plate for children", which is also attractive visually, is a satisfying child's plate that comes with salad, happy-face-shaped hash browns, spaghetti, fried shrimp, and curry. Wouldn't this be a great service for children who want to eat a variety of food? In terms of nutritional balance, it's not just meat, so it's good as well, and it's just good that there is a dish especially for children. It's a family-friendly restaurant.
"Sumibi Yakiniku Takumi" is a hideaway grilled meat restaurant located in a quiet place away from the shopping street, just a 2-minute walk from Exit 1 of Azabu-Juban Station. The exterior of the restaurant is illuminated with warm orange light.
The interior of the restaurant has a warm and cozy impression with the warmth of wood. They serve lunch and dinner, and there is also a menu for children, so it's good for families to visit. It can also be reserved for groups of 10 or more people, so it is also suitable for groups to visit. At "Sumibi Yakiniku Takumi", you can have a good time with your family and friends while eating rare meat.
