Exquisite meat dishes and hotel-quality hospitality in a great location

"Shabuzen Ginza Creston Hotel Branch" is located on the 32nd floor of St. Luke's Tower, a 5-minute walk from Tsukiji Station on the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line. This Japanese restaurant boasts its panoramic view overlooking the city of Tokyo, as well as dishes made with the finest domestic beef and seasonal ingredients. As the store is located in the Ginza Creston Hotel, you can feel the attentive hospitality of the hotel staff since before entering the restaurant. In addition to all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu and sukiyaki, the surprising thing is that they provide a variety of menus. They offer a wide range of dishes, from a la carte dishes such as sashimi, tempura to high-class banquet dishes that are perfect for business entertainment and celebrations. One of the privileges of the Shabuzen Ginza Branch is that you can taste Japan's three major wagyu beef "Matsusaka beef" and "Kobe beef." The lunch menu is reasonably priced and has a wide variety, so no matter what time of the day you visit, you'll be able to have a wonderful and satisfying experience.

  • "All-you-can-eat domestic beef and Iwachu pork" Start from 7,150 yen (tax included)

  • "Seasonal dishes"

"Shabuzen" is popular for its all-you-can-eat menu where you can enjoy high-quality domestic beef. You can enjoy either "shabu-shabu," which has a refreshing taste with the restaurant's secret sesame sauce and ponzu sauce that are made by a combination of various ingredients, or the rich "sukiyaki," which is a perfect match for fresh eggs and sukiyaki sauce. The "Iwachu Pork" has a perfect balance of meat and fat, and the mellow and rich texture is its characteristic. If you feel too heavy to just eat beef, you can eat vegetables and pork alternately. This is a really satisfying all-you-can-eat.

"Seasonal dishes"
The best part of eating in a Japanese restaurant is that you can enjoy dishes made with seasonal ingredients in different time of the year. Snow crab shabu-shabu and tempura during winter season are the delicacies that you should try at least once.

  • "Moon and Star Kaiseki" 8,800 yen (tax included)

  • "Shabuzen luxury all-you-can-drink plan for 2 hours" 2,200 yen (tax included)

"Moon and Star Kaiseki" allows you to choose either Kuroge Wagyu beef sukiyaki hot pot or Kuroge wagyu beef teppanyaki as main dish, and also include 5 kinds of appetizers, a soup, sashimi, seasonal delicacies, dessert, etc. The sweet and rich flavor of sukiyaki sauce strongly blended into Japanese black beef, and domestic vegetables are also exceptionally delicious. On the other side, if you would like to taste the original taste of the meat, teppanyaki will be a good choice. However, these two dishes are really hard to make decision.

"Shabuzen luxury all-you-can-drink plan for 2 hours" 2,200 Yen (incl. tax) is the recommended choice to drink with cuisines in Shabuzen Ginze. Starts from the restaurant's original sake, alcoholic beverages such as beer, shochu, whiskey, wine, and cocktails to soft drinks and non-alcoholic wines, the rich options are all really attractive. If you are not sure about your choice, feel free to ask the store staff for recommendations.
