Delicious Japanese food and a taste of the Japanese spirit

With the desire to offer truly delicious food in Tokyo's Akasaka district in a hospitable space where you can "breathe a sigh of relief", the restaurant provides seasonal dishes using carefully selected ingredients by the chef and a selection of Japanese sake, offering visitors a heart-warming time and dining experience. We recommend the "Ultimate freshly cooked Silver Rice", which allows you to fully enjoy the rice that is essential to Japanese cuisine, and the 'Dashi Shabu Shabu', which has been offered since the establishment of the restaurant, in the hope that you will enjoy the "Dashi", the basis of Japanese cuisine, to your heart's content. Both are the pride of our customers, who repeatedly order them saying, "I couldn't forget this taste".

  • Chef's Kaiseki Course (for one person): ¥15,000 (incl. tax)
    The chef's best Kaiseki Course

The chef carefully purchases and inspects seasonal ingredients one by one every day, then cooks them with all his heart and soul, and prepares a menu full of specialties, with pride that "this is the best food we can serve you today". The shefs prepare a menu that is full of attention to detail. Of course, you will also be able to enjoy our specialities such as 'dashi' (Japanese soup stock) and "'Ultimate freshly cooked Silver Rice" in the course. A total of nine dishes, from starters to desserts, will provide you with an array of gems that will allow you to feel the fundamentals of Japanese food culture.
