Delicate French cuisine with Japanese ingredients and wine marriage.
ALLIE is located on the 4th floor of a building along Ajiro Street, a 3-minute walk from Tokyo Metro Azabu Juban Station. ALLIE is a French restaurant where you can enjoy delicate, gently flavoured dishes that make use of Japanese ingredients. The owner-chef is French specialist Tadashi Harashima, who studied in France. He is also a certified blowfish chef by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government and is familiar with the cooking techniques of special Japanese ingredients, which allows him to offer a wide variety of dishes using wild blowfish, domestic duck and lamb. The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, including the MENU DEJEUNER lunch course (¥5,500), which offers a casual enjoyment of authentic French cuisine, and the MENU SAISON lunch and dinner course (¥12,000), which uses an abundance of seasonal ingredients, as well as a variety of dishes that are beautiful to the eye and proudly incorporate French wines and Japanese sake. The restaurant welcomes guests with its signature pairings incorporating French wines and Japanese sake. Delicate French cuisine with a distinctly Japanese essence that is different from what you would find overseas. Why not come and enjoy the rare Japanese ingredients?
The restaurant's eponymous 〈MENU ALLIÉ〉 (¥18,000 incl. tax) is a satisfying full-course meal consisting of an amuse, three starters, a fish dish, a meat dish, a dessert, an after-dinner drink and a small pastry, for a total of nine dishes. The dishes created by Mr. Harashima are characterised by their gentle and delicate flavours, which bring out the natural taste of the ingredients to the maximum extent. Using a skilful cooking method that makes the most of carefully selected ingredients from all over Japan, he offers a variety of gems of cuisine that let you feel the four seasons in Japan.
The best thing to have with your course is the 〈drink pairing〉 ¥8,800 (tax included) *dinner price. A wide selection of more than 200 types of alcohol carefully selected by the sommelier, including French wines. They offer drinks that go well with Japanese ingredients, interwoven with beer and sake. Recommended for tourists who are experiencing sake for the first time. Enjoy the paring of the best dishes.
〈MENU SAISON〉 ¥12,000 (tax included) is a light dinner course consisting of an amuse, two starters, fish, meat, dessert, after-dinner drink and small confectionery. This course is popular for its authentic French cuisine at a reasonable price. A variety of original French dishes made with carefully selected seasonal ingredients from all over Japan. The main course, including authentic charcoal grill using a charcoal table, is superbly prepared with perfect heat, which can be said to be the life of the dish. You can also taste seasonal seafood such as Spanish mackerel, pike conger eel and octopus.
If you are visiting Roppongi in between sightseeing, we recommend the 〈MENU DEJEUNER〉 ¥5,500 (tax included) (weekdays only). This light lunch course consists of an amuse, starter, fish, meat, dessert, after-dinner drink and small confectionery. This is a chef's choice course using seasonal ingredients and beautifully prepared dishes based on reliable techniques and theories, using the finest ingredients Japan has to offer.
Azabu-juban Station is conveniently located just one stop away from Roppongi, which is crowded with tourists. Despite being a big city, it is an area full of humanity, dotted with spots where you can feel Japaneseness, such as the Azabu Juban shopping street, which has a history of about 300 years since the Edo period. The French restaurant ALLIÉ is located on Ajiro Street, not far from such a shopping street. The restaurant's calm, white and dark brown interior is equipped with a small number of table seats and private rooms that place importance on a sense of privacy. The chic atmosphere gives the impression of sophistication that is suitable for a space for adults. Recommended for celebrating anniversaries and birthdays while visiting Japan as a tourist. The exquisite space, excellent French cuisine and Japanese hospitality will leave a lasting impression on your trip of a lifetime.。
