The cuisine at "Koryori Hanayo" is filled with the proprietress's specialties. The sashimi is purchased in Tsukiji by the proprietress herself. Dried fish is purchased from Shimoda. The proprietress's hospitality can be felt in the dishes made with seasonal ingredients, such as handmade simmered dishes and homemade kara-sumi (dried squid). From domestic whiskey to Japanese sake, they offer a wide variety of special sake. The original Chichibu Nishiki Junmai Daiginjo "Hanayo," which is unique to Koryori Hanayo, is a sake with a gorgeous aroma and clean taste. The proprietress also offers Ichiro's Malt, a whiskey matured in her hometown of Chichibu, with different types of barrels and ingredients, so you can compare the different types. Enjoy a variety of sake carefully selected by the proprietress, who is well versed in pairing sake with her cuisine.

Koryori Hanayo is located just a short walk from Ginza Station. It is a cozy restaurant where you can enjoy a relaxing drink and be close to the proprietress because it is a compact restaurant located on the second floor up a flight of stairs. It is easy to enter the restaurant with friends or by yourself, making it a great place to go on a trip or business trip.
