"Hotel's" opened as the new business format of the famous restaurant "sio" located in Yoyogi-Uehara. As the name suggests, one can enjoy a meal with the concept of a fictional hotel, whether they visit in the morning, afternoon or night. The restaurant is open for brunch and customers can choose their dishes that suits their purpose, at any time. At night, one can enjoy the chefs' dinner course, inspired by he four seasons; customers can enjoy different specialties throughout the day. Even though the shop is located in the big city (Omotesando), the space offered is quiet and lush; a space where customers are bound to forget the bustle of the big city. The restuarants' signature menu "Maple Truffle Eggs Benedict Pancakes" entails pancakes that are both fluffy and chewy, with fragrant fried bacon, poached eggs and truffle hollandaise sauce.

The accompanying colourful salad includes in-season fruits and vegetables, nuts, spices, grains and edible flowers using over 20 different ingredients: each mouthful different, and allowing one to enjoy until the very end. Please enjoy our signature pancakes, which we though really hard about. Other dishes offered include our avocado open sandwich which uses high-class avocados, our ham cheese croissant sandwich etc. We also cater to vegan customers.

"Hotel's lunch course" 6 dishes - 6600 yen. This is a casual lunch course, serving dishes such as Hotel's specialty meat dish and pasta , and is even recommended for those who are dining at Hotel's for the first time.

The luxurious 'Seasonal dinner Course' 10 dishes - 16,500 yen, includes oyster ganita, turnip risotto, sliders and many other dishes. The main, wood-fired steak, is also highly recommended. ”Hotel's" is located on the second floor of the "Nono Aoyama" complex, about a 7-minute walk from Omotesando Station. Stepping into the restaurant from the sophisticated entrance, which resembles the front desk of a hotel, you will find a fresh and open space with indigo blue as its base color.
